This Memorial Day, Monday May 28th, 2012, the Rogers Park Chamber of Commerce had it's first annual Joyce Kilmer Triangle Moment of Remembrance to honor those who died protecting the United States of America. It was a beautiful site to see.
Lieutenant Leonard and the Jr. ROTC of Sullivan High School made this event happen with their actions and attendance here on such a great day.
Joyce Kilmer Triangle is at the intersection of N. Rogers Avenue, Birchwood Avenue, and Ashland Avenue. We hope to see more people visiting this site in the future.
