The Howard Streetscape

The Howard Streetscape is a wonderful program meant to improve Howard Street but unfortunately it has affected many businesses negatively such as the Caribbean American Bakery as well as Howard Jewelry and Loan. It has created a negative impact due to difficult travel by sidewalk as well as decreased parking space for cars.
