Charmers Cafe Closes It's Doors

Rogers Park Chamber of Commerce President Bill Morton attended Charmers Cafe for the last seven minutes it would be open. The above video has Bill Morton speaking about Charmers and it's history in the community and with the Rogers Park Chamber of Commerce.
