The Rogers Park Chamber of Commerce Created it’s Fresh Start Monday Program in April of 2012 to assist businesses with issues like negative loitering and littering. Many people have attended our events from April to November of 2012, and we look forward to seeing you at one of our upcoming 2013 events!
