Farcroft by the Lake

Farcroft by the Lake is a beautiful building that Lend Lease has been diligently working on restoring to it's former glory.

The building is the northern-most high-rise in Chicago and has 84 units that are being remodeled to be rented to earnest owners.

One bedrooms are starting at $825 and the two bedrooms at $1250 water and cooking gas included.
