What is Business Advocacy?

The Rogers Park Chamber of Commerce developed their Business Advocacy Program to assist local businesses by investigating complaints and concerns filed to the Chamber.


How will the Chamber investigate?

The Rogers Park Chamber of Commerce will investigate by doing a business well-being check and discussing the concern with the business. We will then photograph to discredit a complaint if it was falsely submitted or we will photograph and assist your business in getting any issue resolved.

What does the Chamber do if the business is taken to court?

The Rogers Park Chamber of Commerce will assist by speaking on behalf of the business and providing the information they gathered in regards to the complaints.

Does the business have to be a Chamber member to receive this benefit?

Yes, you have to be a Rogers Park Chamber of Commerce member to receive this benefit.
